HAS Fitness & Personal Training offers customized fitness and conditioning programs for all ages, physical condition; advanced or beginners and for those who are recovering from surgeries or injuries.
Our coaching and training philosophy is based on patience, hard work, ethics and the strong conviction that everyone

HAS Fitness & Personal Training is guided by Alex and Mary Sanchez, both certified personal trainers with over 30 years of experience combined.
OUR FITNESS AND TRAINING PROGRAMS
One on One personal training:
HAS Fitness offers personal
training at home or on the road all year round using
strength training and conditioning techniques that you can
practice on your own without bulky and expensive equipment.
We excels at motivating our clients, while applying
and adapting workout techniques based on your individual fitness
level, medical history, needs and goals.
HAS Fitness is committed to
continuing health and fitness education, and a belief in the
holistic approach to wellness.
Home training:
You can get the same outstanding results
working out in the privacy and comfort of your home implementing fitness techniques that include: Use
of free weights, jump rope, resistive tubing, Swiss ball, exercise
step, mat, boxing, kick boxing, yoga and pilates.
We can
also design a program using no equipment at all; allowing you to get a great you workout as a result of our trainers' extensive knowledge in
the science and practice of exercise.
Small group training:
1-on-2 personal training makes it possible
for you and a friend, or other compatible partner, to work toward
similar goals under the guidance of one personal trainer.
The
objective is to encourage you to exercise properly and achieve
your goals with the support of a partner.
Your shared training
sessions will be fun and motivational, and your results will be
inspiring.
Choosing the right partner is key. By doing so you will share the same fitness goal.
Generally our clients' goals include
improve cardio vascular health, weight and fat loss, general conditioning,
toning or improved strength for a particular activity or sports
like skiing or running.
