Body Toning Programs are designed to give you the balanced, lean, structurally sound physique you want. Each personally designed program focuses on decreasing your body fat and increasing your lean body mass. Toward that end, Alex can provide a nutritional assessment of your existing eating habits and suggest simple dietary strategies to achieve your fitness goals more quickly.  HAS Body Toning Programs incorporate multiple training, interval training, and resistance training into an overall cardiovascular routine.
